MEET OUR FOUNDER
Meet Walid Al Awadi, the visionary CEO and the creative mind behind HEKAYA WORLD; he is an international award-winning and critically acclaimed Producer and Director who has worked around the globe before deciding to create HEKAYA WORLD Inspired by internationally acclaimed Director of Photography John Alonzo.
Driven by an unyielding desire to innovate and craft compelling narratives, Walid embarked on a transformative journey. He left the path of civil engineering that had been mapped out for him and followed his passion for creating, producing, and directing high-quality productions for both the silver screen and television.
Taking a leap of faith to embrace the challenges of filmmaking, Walid has become an internationally renowned, award-winning Director. As a producer and director with a global perspective, Walid has profoundly impacted the world of cinema, leaving his mark on audiences worldwide.
